We amassed 168 signatures in advance of the Thursday, September 14, Planning Commission meeting, so to those who have signed, your job is done and we THANK YOU AGAIN.  Signatures do continue to roll in, and we are presently getting close to 200 and plan to reissue our letter to the County as many times as needed to convey the need for community dialogue on the East End Master Plan, especially regarding the Community Housing Zone.

However, given the County’s continuing attempts to postpone, if ever permit true dialogue, it is clear that we have more work to do.  The process rolls onward like a running clock in a game where we have yet to take the field, and we have therefore decided to continue our collection of signatures on our most recent letter.

For those who wish to help address the seriously flawed and regionally consequential “CH Zone anywhere” language in the East End Master Plan – and properly plan the fate of our region – CLICK HERE TO ADD YOUR SIGNATURE.  If you’re new to the issue, please click HERE  for the original blast we sent on the subject, where background information and links are provided.

As always, we encourage you to reach out directly to info@lastdollarcollective.com to discuss these important issues, and hope you will join in the effort to be heard.
