Time does matter, as the County Planning Commission is meeting on Thursday, September 14 at 11:00am in Norwood. to discuss the EEMP, bringing us all one step closer to the adoption of a master plan that facilitates unplanned growth by allowing the ultra-high-density CH Zone District to be applied virtually anywhere, regardless of existing density.
